Most Bourbon Santos is grown at elevations from 600 to 1,200 meters in northern Minas Gerais or in the State of Sao Paulo, in Brazil. Roast Level: Dark Roast Cupping Notes: Rich, full flavor yet maintains the smoothness usually found in a lighter roast. Features a sweet nutty flavor with undertones of dark chocolate.
