Using IndieOut
IndieOut is a marketplace connecting indie outdoor brands with enthusiasts. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
Buying on IndieOut
When you place an order, you're purchasing directly from an independent seller. IndieOut facilitates the transaction but each seller is responsible for fulfilling their orders, setting their own return policies, and standing behind their products.
Selling on IndieOut
Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their products, shipping orders promptly, and complying with applicable laws. IndieOut charges a platform fee on each sale. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.
Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you post (product listings, reviews, shop descriptions). By posting, you grant IndieOut a license to display that content on the platform. Be respectful in reviews and communications — we reserve the right to remove content that violates community standards.
Limitation of Liability
IndieOut provides the platform as-is. We're not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, though we'll do our best to help resolve them. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid to IndieOut in the past 12 months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of IndieOut after changes constitutes acceptance.
