Conversation Chair #4 (Rocker Bench)

Inspired by Shaker and Windsor chairs and particularly drawn to bench forms, Eric Cannizzaro began a series he calls Conversation Chairs. With an interest in balance and asymmetry, this series examines the contrast between the fluid sculptural seat and the traditional contours of Windsor chair spindles and legs. About Eric Cannizzaro Eric grew up in Vermont where he developed a life-long interest in natural history. After high school, he spent several years working odd-jobs and traveling through Central and South America. In 2010, he enrolled at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA to study natural history and ornithology.
