Custom Bad Weather Bonnet

The Bad Weather Bonnet is the newest product in our insulation lineup. It features a reverse differential cut shell that allows some of the down to loft inward, eliminating all air pockets on the inside of the hood in order to maximize heat efficiency and improve the fit, resulting in a very good form fit on just about all adult head sizes. In addition to the drawstring around the face opening, we’ve also added a removable external drawstring to pull the hood tight under the chin. This feature greatly improves wearability while walking, allowing the down hood to move with you while you turn your head. It also features a separating zipper with a fleece lined zipper flap for added comfort and has 7 baffled chambers filled with a combined 2oz of premium goose down to keep your noggin toast...
