There are over 200 species of Hibiscus. They are commonly found in warm-temperate, tropical, and subtropical regions worldwide. The most common species are: Tropical hibiscus, Rose of Sharon, and Roselle. Florals can be up to 10 inches wide. Their bloom is short-lived, most flowers just last a single day, but new ones bloom daily.   Hibiscus can be found in almost every color of the rainbow. They are pollinator flowers and attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Some species are key nectar sources in native ecosystems.  They are often used to make teas, jams, and even syrups and are packed with high amounts of vitamin C.
