Keep your little ones warm with our Snowy Owl Hat . Perfect for braving the chilly winter months and playing in the snow, this hat is both cozy and cute. B uilt using Polartec® Windbloc® fleece, it's manufactured with a polyurethane membrane that will block 100% of the wind while still being breathable to prevent overheating. The exterior is treated with a durable water repellent solution that will shed moisture. It has a helmet design so it'll fit snuggly without being too tight and has an adjustable chinstrap with velcro closure. See size chart for fitting .
