Controllers can now be replaced at home. This process is technical and needs to be done very carefully. We've published a video tutorial with a step-by-step install guide that needs to be followed exactly. If you are uncomfortable with the process, reach out to customer support to perform the repairs for you, we offer a 6-month warranty over the work we perform.   Controllers are a replacement part to fix a damaged one, as such, will only work on the board being repaired. Make sure your board is registered in the Owners Portal at my.onewheel.com .
