About the artist

Josh learned to make knives at age 11 from his little league baseball coach in Lincoln, Montana. By 19, he was the youngest Master Bladesmith in the world. He launched MKC from a two-car garage in December 2020 with the iconic Speedgoat. Within a year, the company had 37 employees. In 2024, they broke ground on a 50,000 sq ft facility in Missoula.
