New Mexico house roasted Piñon nuts (Pine nuts) stirred into our house-made Agave caramel, dipped in our 80% dark chocolate, and then topped with more roasted piñons. Buttery and delicious. As a reference 1/2 pound is generally 6-7 pieces. *Note, Pinon caramels are now decorated with lightly ground pinon and an artful drizzle of chocolate, inside and recipe are the same, only the decoration has been updated.
