Our 8" Hammered Damascus Chef knife has 33 layers of steel in the blade, with a core of VG-10, the Super Stainless Steel, and 16 layers of 440 stainless on either side, creating a 33 layered cutting machine. We now offer this beautiful knife with Mother-of-Pearl end caps with one of our Exotic Gemstones, Obsidian/Bronze on the handle. Comes in a beautiful gift box.
