Our Damascus set of four steak knives have 33 layers of steel in the blade, with a core of VG-10, the Super Stainless Steel, and 16 layers of 440 stainless on either side, creating a 33 layered cutting machine.  We now offer this beautiful knife with Mother-of-Pearl end caps with Kingman Turquoise on the handle.  Comes beautifully gift boxed.
