This Leather Stitching Awl is a delight to hold. It is an ideal everyday tool for working with leather. It makes a good quality scratch awl that I use on a regular basis. The sharp tip and strong wooden handle make it easy to pierce the leather with its gradual taper. It comes with a protective plastic cover for safety. We use this tool in our leather shop every day.
