DESCRIPTION: The swivel base is easily installed into your 2019 and newer Mercedes Sprinter Vans. Vans without electric parking brake require a handbrake lowering bracket which is NOT included. This swivel base is a low profile at only 7/8" (23mm), very heavy duty and manufactured by SCOPEMA in France. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Installation hardware is included.
