The best Brazilian coffees have a relatively low acidity , and exhibit a nutty sweet flavor, often bittersweet with a chocolaty roast taste. Most Bourbon Santos is grown at elevations from 600 to 1,200 meters in northern Minas Gerais or in the State of Sao Paulo, in Brazil. Roast Level: Dark Roast Cupping Notes: Rich, full flavor yet maintains the smoothness usually found in a lighter roast. Features a sweet nutty flavor with undertones of dark chocolate.
