Our Aspenglow Half Caf blend contains half of the caffeine of our regular San Juan Blend and the other half of the roast is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process method; no chemicals are used in the decaffeination process. The chocolate notes really shine here but it is as smooth and soothing as the glow on the Colorado mountains at sunrise or sunset. Other tasting notes: Nuts, floral, fruit.
