Our natural Ethiopian is a light/medium roast that has a tea-like profile. It has hints of peach and floral taste. Great for an interesting home brew! This coffee comes from the birthplace of the Coffea genus, Ethiopia. Our specific beans come from Shakiso, Guji in the Oromia Region. This area is known for its very fertile soil and traditional method of growing coffee.
