Details

The Beadhead Ice Cream Cone Red is a classic chironomid imitation, perfect for stillwater fishing in Montana’s reservoirs and lakes. The bright red body mimics blood midges, a key food source for trout feeding near the bottom. The beadhead allows for quick sinking, making it ideal under an indicator in deep water. Use this fly from late spring to early fall when chironomid hatches are at their peak. A top choice for productive stillwater days.
