The Trico Thorax is a precision imitation for the tiny trico mayfly hatches that occur during early morning in late summer. Its delicate thorax design and realistic profile make it deadly when trout feed selectively on spent spinners. Best used in July through September in spring creeks and flat water stretches. Present this fly delicately for fooling finicky trout during trico spinner falls.
