The BWO Thorax is a deadly Blue-Winged Olive imitation, ideal for hatches that occur from late fall through early spring. Its thorax-heavy design provides a natural presentation that sits low on the water's surface. Fish this fly during overcast days when BWOs are prolific. A great pattern for rivers like the Yellowstone and Missouri during March and October BWO surges.
