Vina Brown on the Moon Time design: "This design was inspired by a coming-of-age ceremony I helped with during the winter months. The two young women were told that the ferns are their direct connection to Mother-Earth, and they were used to remind them of their innocence. Not too long after helping with this ceremony, I helped with a healing retreat for women who were survivors of sexual assault and violence.
