Mexico Paraiso

We’ve been big fans of the coffees coming out of Mexico the past few years and this organic Chiapas is no exception! Displaying bright and clean flavors to be expected with a high-quality washed process coffee, we find notes of orange and peach with a nice, sweet backbone reminiscent of brown sugar or caramel.
