Ethiopia Kolla Bolcha

The Kolla Bolcha co-op in the Agaro region produces some fine coffees. We first experienced coffees from this area in 2017 when we picked up some Nano Challa ( a co-op close by) but the outturn from this newer co-op, Kolla Bolcha, in our opinion surpasses even that. This fully washed offering is bright and velvety, with notes of stone fruit, florals and black tea. It has a silky, medium weight body and a clean finish. A staff favorite!
