Chocolate and caramel with a hint of tangerine. The Sugarcane Water Process utilizes a naturally occurring compound, ethyl acetate (EA) to decaffeinate coffee. The EA process is relatively simple and similar to Swiss Water Processed decaf. The decaffeination process has magnified the sweetness, making this decaf coffee a chocolatey delight. Medium Roast
