These foam spacers work by creating space between your bags and your bike. When used with the Pinto Top Tube Bag , they allow the stem to turn freely without the stem bolts contacting your bag. When used with a Calypso Handlebar Bag or handlebar fanny packs , they give space for cables and protect your headtube from abrasion.
