We've tested this fabric and it has the ability to completely "knock out" a cell phone signal causing the call to drop - a testament to the effectiveness of the fabric. It is constructed from a comfortable jersey-knit fabric treated with silver. Great for thermal regulation in addition to RF shielding. Will fit under a wide range of head wear.
