Heavyweight waxed canvas will stand up to the biggest logs a person wants to carry. The wooden dowels of the Log Carrier are made of oak, they're strong and reliable- just as they should be. These things are almost too nice to use only for hauling firewood. Get one and find your own uses! Feel free to add a monogram and claim it as your own.
About the artist
Christin Fargo started Frost River in Duluth in 2002 with a single sewing machine and a belief that gear should outlive the person carrying it. The company now employs 40 craftspeople in a century-old building overlooking Lake Superior. Every bag uses Martexin Original Wax canvas — milled in New Jersey since 1838 — and SB Foot Tannery leather from Red Wing, Minnesota. The lifetime guarantee isn't marketing; it's how they were raised.
