Roast: Medium This natural-process coffee comes from the Hambela Washing Station in Shakisso, Guji. Nearly 850 smallholder farmers contribute cherry from their small plots intercropped with corn, grains, and false banana (an important starch in the local diet). These farms sit at 1,800–1,950 meters above sea level and are shaded by native trees like Birbira and Acacia. Most producers here grow coffee organically by default, without access to chemical fertilizers or pesticides—yielding coffees that are as pure as they are expressive.
