The Surf Aviators Prescription (Rx) model combines the best of the 70s with everything you need from your modern sunglasses. The distinct aviator shape could be found everywhere in the 70s and early 80s, after which it completely disappeared. We made it our mission to bring it back. The Surf Aviators (Rx) are fitted with superior polarized performance lenses from the world leading manufacturer of prescription lenses Essilor. About the artist

Brothers Marcus and Richard Franck founded Vallon in 2018 in Verbier, Switzerland, after years of skiing, touring, and hiking the Val de Bagnes. The name is French for 'small valley' — a reference to the Vallon d'Arbi above Verbier where the idea took shape. Before launching the brand, the two ran the Old Schoolers Instagram account dedicated to the history of skiing; that obsession with vintage alpine eyewear shows up in every Vallon model — classic shapes resurrected with modern V52 lens technology and contemporary frame materials.
