This is our washed Peruvian coffee from San Jose de Lourdes in San Ignacio, Cajamarca. The community here has a strong dedication to working with nature, not against it, making sustainability the heart of their operation. The coffee is produced by many smallholders in the area which are powered by the hydroelectric micro-basin creating renewable energy.
