Eastern Bluebird We don’t like bullying. And when the invasive European Starling Bird was introduced to North America, the Eastern Bluebird was the recipient of a lot of it. The Starlings were known for stealing nests from the Bluebirds which led to a steep decline in their numbers. Luckily some amazing groups and individuals took it upon themselves to build nest boxes for Bluebirds across the country.
